Currently, Ticket In/Ticket Out™ supports integration with Best Case® Bankruptcy software. That is, you can set up Ticket In/Ticket Out to allow you to quickly generate a Best Case client file from the To Do list in the Event Log once a certificate has been downloaded.
- In the left menu, expand the Events category, and click Monitor Events to open the Event Log.
- In the To Do column, double-click the item that you want to create the client file for.
A Best Case window opens. - Use the following to fill in the information for creating the client file:

Enter an alternate name, as needed. Best Case will automatically fill in The Index name based on the name(s) entered in the Add/Edit Client Information window.

Enter a number, as needed (for internal office use).

- Click OK to close the window and create the file.
