This amount is the total property of debtor minus the Property securing debt and the Exempted property amounts. Note: Since the value of the debtor's interest in non-exempt property cannot be less than zero, the minimum amount that can be displayed is zero.

Value of property recoverable
|
Enter the amount available to the debtor under avoiding powers.

This amount is added to the running total.

Estimated Chapter 7 administrative expense
|
Shows the administrative costs that would be incurred if the debtor filed under Chapter 7.

Amounts paid to priority creditors
|
Shows the total amount of claims by priority unsecured creditors.

Estimated amount payable to unsecured creditors if Chapter 7 filed
|
Shows the total amount that would be paid to unsecured creditors if the debtor filed Chapter 7.
|
This amount is the resulting total of all the calculations.
Note: Since the estimated amount payable to unsecured creditors cannot be less than zero, the minimum amount that can be displayed is zero.

Estimated dividend for unsecured creditors if Chapter 7 filed
|
Shows the percentage of unsecured claims that would be paid if the debtor filed Chapter 7. When evaluating the Chapter 13 Plan, the trustee will take into consideration the difference between this percentage and the Unsecured Dividend percentage shown on the Calculator tab. If this percentage is greater than the Unsecured Dividend percentage, two things happen:
- Diagnostics tab changes to red
- Chapter 7 dividend greater than Chapter 13 dividend is check-marked
