Before downloading a credit report from CoreLogic Credco, the debtor is required to fill out an FAC CONSUMER AUTHORIZATION AND RELEASE form.

1. From the main menu bar, select Client>Credit Report>CoreLogic Credco>Print Consumer Authorization.
2. In the FAC Consumer Authorization Question window, select one of the following:
   
   • Debtor
   • Spouse/Joint Debtor
   • Both
3. In the Select Printer window, click OK.
4. Have the debtor complete the FAC CONSUMER AUTHORIZATION AND RELEASE form.
5. Fax the form to CoreLogic (First American) Credco at the number listed on the form.
