With 64-bit versions of Windows, you need to run both EZ-Filing and EZ-Street as an administrator.

1. If EZ-Filing is open, close it.
2. On your desktop, right-click the EZ-Filing shortcut icon.
3. Click Properties.
4. Click the Compatibility tab.
5. Under Privilege Level, check-mark Run this program as an administrator.
6. Click OK.
7. Open (or reopen) EZ-Filing.
