How do I delete the case number for a case that has been dismissed, so I can refile the client as a new case?
The case was filed without the Certificate of Credit Counseling, as the client could not obtain it. Hence, the case was dismissed, so I need to refile this case as a new case. In the meantime, I was not able to delete the original case number.
