If you are awaiting processing of a client certificate, you can verify the client's status on the provider's website at any time.
- In the Client list, highlight the client you want to want to check status on.
- In the left menu, expand the Events category, and click View Status to open the provider's website for that client.
Note: If the login is slow, check-mark Authenticate Only, and click Login to expedite the process. - Review the status of your client's certificate.
- Click
to exit the provider's website and return to Ticket In/Ticket Outâ„¢.
