You can review the default plan variables and adjust them so that the monthly payment amount and unsecured dividend are acceptable.

1. In the main menu bar, select Client>Chapter 13 Plans>Worksheet/Calculator to open the Chapter 13 Worksheet window.
2. On the Calculator tab, in the Plan Variables area, review the default values shown. Make sure that the Duration jibes with Form B22 the Trustee Fee and Calculated meet the requirements of your district.
3. By trial and error, adjust the Monthly Pmt and/or the Unsecured Dividend to get the results you want.

To adjust the Monthly Pmt	To adjust the Dividend
Type or select a new amount.	Click to open the Calculate Chapter 13 Payment window. Type the percentage you want for the unsecured dividend, and select the rounding option you want for the payment amount. Click OK to close the window and incorporate your revisions into the plan.

4. Make sure that the monthly payment is what you want and that the dividend is more than 0.
5. When you are done, click to save your work and close the Chapter 13 Worksheet window.
