You can create case notes consisting of general information as free-form text associated with one or more keywords.
- In the main menu bar, select Client>Case Notes to open the Case Notes window.
- Click
to open the Add Case Note window.
- Do either or both of the following:
- Use text for the keyword. Type a keyword or short phrase in the Keyword(s) field.
- Use a date for the keyword. Click the calendar icon to the right of the Keyword(s) field. Select a date from the calendar.
- Press the Tab key, and type the text for the case note in the text box.
- Repeat steps 3 and 4 to add another note.
- Click OK to close the window and transfer the note(s) you entered to the Edit Client window.
