To add a client to Ticket In/Ticket Outâ„¢, you enter the client's marital status, social security number, name and address, phone, and email address.
You can enroll the debtor and debtor spouse in credit counseling and debtor education at the same time you add the client information or wait until a later time. And once you have enrolled the client, you can print the course instructions. - In the left menu, expand the Enrollment category, and click Add Client.
- In the Add Client Information window, do one of the following:
- To automatically enter information for an existing EZ-Filing client, click Existing Client to the right of the Marital Status field.
- To enter information for a new client, complete the following fields, using the Tab key to move from field to field.

- Enter the debtor's telephone number, including area code.
- Select the telephone type from the list.

- Enter the debtor's email address.
- Select the email type from the list.
Note: If the client does not have an email address, enter the attorney's email.

Credit Counseling Exemption
|
If the debtor's Marital Status is Married, select the applicable exemption from the list.

Debtor Education Exemption
|
If the debtor's Marital Status is Married, select the applicable exemption from the list.

- If the debtor's marital status is Married, select the Spouse tab, and do the following:
- For a debtor filing Individual married, check-mark Not Applicable (debtor filing individually).
- For a debtor and spouse filing jointly, fill in the fields in the Add Client Information window, using the table in step 2, and select the applicable spouse option for Credit Counseling Exemption and Debtor Education Exemption.
- Click Continue.
- In the Enrollment - Sign Up window, do one of the following:
- To enroll the client at a later time, but keep the client information, click Cancel.
- To enroll a client now, complete the following, and click Continue.
The new client is added to the Client list, an email confirmation is sent to both the clients and attorney email addresses, and a message appears confirming the enrollment and asking if you want to download the course instructions.
- Click Yes to open a PDF copy of the instructions in Adobe Acrobat.
- To print a copy of the instructions, click
in the tool bar. - When finished, click
to close the PDF. Note: If the course instruction download fails, in the left menu, select Event>Get Document and try to execute the download again. If further problems occur, contact the provider.
