These expenses are not otherwise listed in Form B22, but you contend that they are required for the health and welfare of the debtor and his or her family and that they should be deducted from the debtor's currently monthly income under § 707(b)(2)(A)(ii)(I).

1. In the main menu bar, select Client>Form B22… to open the Statement of Current Monthly Income… window.
2. Select the Add'l Exp tab.
3. In the Additional Expense Claims area, click .
4. In the Expense Description column, type a description of the expense.
5. In the Amount column, type the average monthly expense.
6. Repeat these steps until all expense claims have been added.
   These expenses are not calculated into the Disposable income figure; they are entered here solely to be presented to the Trustee for further consideration.
