You can rename a client case at any time; however, you must first restore your case management preferences to the default setting to do so.
- In the main menu bar, select File Operations>Open Client to open the Open Client File window.
- Right-click the client case you want to rename, and select Rename from the menu.
- Edit the name in the text box, and click Open.
The client case name is updated in the list.
- If you want to restore your client list view to EZ-Manageā¢, reset your case management preferences.
