Question
You can view and print blank forms to use as a reference or to fill out by hand. You can view and print the forms with or without the case number, chapter, and the name(s) of the debtor(s) shown in the Voluntary Petition. You can also add a watermark or date/time stamp when you print the blank forms.
- In the main menu bar, select File>Bankruptcy Forms>Blank Forms to open the Blank Forms window.
- Decide whether you want to display the debtor's name, the case number, and the chapter, and do one of the following:
- To include the debtor information, check-mark Caption with [debtor name].
- To omit the debtor information:
- Uncheck Caption with [debtor name].
- If you want to view and print the forms for a district other than your primary district, select the district from the list.
- Select either the Case Forms or the Supplemental Forms tab.
- Check-mark the forms you want to view or print, or click
to check-mark all forms, then click Print. - To print a form, click
and set up the print job. - To add a watermark, select one from the list.
For more information, see How can I add a watermark to a bankruptcy form? - To add a date/time stamp, check-mark Time Stamp, and select a position for the stamp.
- Click OK to send the form to the printer.
- If you selected more than one form, click
to move to the next form and repeat the steps.
