If clients complete the debtor questionnaire at www.stopmybills.com, you can easily import that information into the client case you created in EZ-Filing using Rapid Import™.

1. Open the client case to which you want to import information.
2. In the main menu bar, select File>Import>Rapid Import Online.
   If you need to log in to www.rapidimport.com, do the following:

• Enter your user name and password.
• Check-mark Save.
• Click OK to open the Pre-Release Software License window.

3. To select the means for importing the client questionnaire, do one of the following:

• If you know your client’s social security number, select … by social security number. Then, enter the number in the text box, and click OK.
  EZ-Filing downloads the information and enters it in the relevant fields.
• If you don’t know your client’s social security number, select … by selecting the client name…, and click OK to open the Select Questionnaire window. Then, select the name of the debtor whose questionnaire information you want to import, and click OK.
  EZ-Filing downloads the information into the client file, populating the relevant fields.
