You can revise the format and content of any individual filled-out Chapter 13 plan (except Puerto Rico) that was generated from an EZ-Filing plan template. For example, you can manually fill in fields that weren't automatically filled in, create text or format unique to the individual plan, or overwrite case-specific data that doesn't reflect your intent. Revising a plan in this way overwrites the case-specific data in the generated plan but not at its source in the bankruptcy forms and schedules.
- In the main menu bar, select Client>Chapter 13 Plans>Worksheet/Calculator.
- Click
(or
) to open the plan in the text editor.
(The icon is green if you've previously saved an edited plan.)
- Edit the plan in the text editor.
For more information, see How do I use the EZ-Filing text editor?
- In main menu bar, select File>Exit to save your work and close the plan.
